Victoria D. Kacalak

Born in Wroclaw, Poland she graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz in 1987.

Since 2000 she has been using her skills to work with patients of Lubiaz Psychiatric Hospital, and her "Be like Utrillo" therapy through art programmes and plein-air the open air events (15 editions so far)  of all arts are well-known in Poland.

In 2013, together with her daughter Albertyna, Victoria represented Poland at the International Workshop of Arts in Buchholz, Germany.

In 2012 she exhibited her works at The International Brave Festival  during the Woman Forum at the Gallery of Generations in Wroclaw, Poland.

In the years 2001 - 2003 she conducted workshops and lectures on batik techniques during "The International SLOT ART Festival - The Art of Seeing - Willmann  a` Utrillo".

In 2000 and 2001 she represented Poland at the International Workshop of Arts in Buchholz, Germany

Her Works are in many private collections in Poland, Japan, Sweden, Holland, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Canada, USA and in the Museum in Turkey.

Albertyna V. Kacalak

Born in Lodz, Poland. For the period 2007-2012, she studied at the Department of Painting and Sculpture at the Egeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. 


Study completed a diploma of easel painting in the atelier of Prof. Janusz Jaroszewski and  multimedia in the atelier of Prof. Pawel Jarodzki. Currently a PhD student at the same Academy, in the atelier of painting of prof. Zdzislaw Nitka and multimedia atelier of prof. Pawel Jarodzki.


She is mainly engaged in painting, but in hers artistic search also uses the areas of visual art and drawing.


She takes part in many national exhibitions, foreign, art symposia and outdoor painting.
